All orders are shipped from SUPcentre – 20 Melrose St, Newmarket, 1023, New Zealand
We use NZ Post & Mainfreight to ship your goods nationwide.
Packages are not collected on Weekends, so orders received after 1pm Friday will be shipped the following Monday or available for click and collect from our store that is open weekends. Please confirm your order is ready before arriving at the store.
You will receive a tracking number in an e-mail once your order is dispatched from SUPcentre in Newmarket, Auckland.

SPECIAL NOTE: Please check items carefully on arrival and/or pick up. Once the item is signed for it is YOUR responsibility and NO CLAIM can be made. You are welcome to keep the courier until the parcel is unpacked or unpacked at the Mainfreight Depot. You MUST document any damage to packaging prior to signing that you have received in good condition.
We cannot exchange surfboards or paddleboards after delivery unless we have made a shipping mistake.
