All orders are shipped from SUPcentre – 20 Melrose St, Newmarket, 1023, New Zealand

We use NZ Post & Fliway Couriers to ship your goods nationwide.

Packages are not collected on Weekends, so orders received after 1pm Friday will be shipped the following Tuesday or available for click and collect from our store - Current Store Hours. Please confirm your order is ready before arriving at the store.

You will receive a tracking number in an e-mail once your order is dispatched from SUPcentre in Newmarket, Auckland.

SPECIAL NOTE: Please check items carefully on arrival and/or pick up. Once the item is signed for it is YOUR responsibility and NO CLAIM can be made. You are welcome to keep the courier until the parcel is unpacked. You MUST document any damage to packaging prior to signing.

We cannot exchange surfboards or paddleboards after delivery unless we have made a shipping mistake.
